1. Overview
This website and store are operated by US-NYS Chaplain Response Team, Inc. (“US-NYSCRT,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Organizational Purpose
US-NYSCRT is a nonprofit chaplaincy organization providing spiritual-care training, certification, and community response services.
All uniform and identification items offered through this site are intended solely for authorized members in good standing of the organization.
3. Eligibility and Member Verification
Purchases are restricted to verified members, officers, or authorized affiliates.
By placing an order, you affirm that:
- You are an active, approved member of US-NYSCRT in good standing;
- You will not misrepresent affiliation or rank; and
- You will not transfer, sell, or give any official items (badges, IDs, uniforms, or insignia) to unauthorized individuals.
Unauthorized possession or misuse of US-NYSCRT insignia is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
4. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be calculated according to New York State law at checkout.
Product images shown are for reference; final colors or materials may vary slightly based on production.
5. Orders and Payments
Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that cannot be verified as legitimate or authorized.
Accepted payment methods appear at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard flat-rate shipping applies to all U.S. orders (see checkout for details).
- Orders are shipped from New York State within the stated processing period.
- US-NYSCRT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because most items are customized or organizationally restricted, all sales are final unless a product is defective or an error was made by US-NYSCRT.
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.
8. Uniform and Credential Policy
All issued or purchased identification, uniforms, and insignia remain the property of US-NYSCRT and may be revoked if a member’s status changes.
Items may not be altered, duplicated, or worn in a manner inconsistent with the organization’s dress and conduct codes.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, emblems, images, and written content on this website are the property of US-NYSCRT and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
US-NYSCRT is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of this site, its products, or related services.
Your use of any item signifies acceptance of personal responsibility and compliance with organizational guidelines.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is collected only for order processing, member verification, and communication as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Nassau County, New York.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
