Our organization is led by Senior Commander and Founder, Rev. Carlos A. Panameno, CEO of US-NYSCRT. With a background in Architectural Technology from NYIT and 4 years of theology studies resulting in a Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology from the Spanish Eastern Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God RAMA Nassau, Rev. Panameno brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.
Rev. Panameno is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) at Winebrenner Theological Seminary to earn the Board Certified Chaplain Credential (BCCC), further advancing his expertise in spiritual care and leadership.
Graduating from the Hempstead Civilian Police Academy in 2008, Rev. Panameno holds a Certificate of Completion of the Crisis, Trauma, and First Response Course for Chaplains and has completed the “Understanding CMS Codes for Clinical Chaplaincy” course from the Spiritual Care Association.
A Navy veteran, Rev. Panameno has dedicated over three decades to the Assemblies of God, holding various leadership roles such as Youth Leader, Teacher, and Royal Rangers Senior Commander. Throughout his tenure, he founded three Royal Rangers Outposts and continues to serve as a mentor and leader in the community.
For the past 23 years, Rev. Carlos has worked as a Front-end Web Developer – Web Designer, specializing in WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, bringing additional versatility and creativity to his approach to ministry and service.

One unique aspect of our leadership is Rev. Carlos A. Panameno’s commitment. Not only does he lead our organization, but he also actively serves as a Chaplain at Davita Dialysis Center in Port Washington, NY, even while being a dialysis patient himself. His unwavering dedication exemplifies the spirit of service and compassion that defines our team.
Personal Life:
Rev. Carlos has been married to Betsy Panameno, his elementary school sweetheart, for 32 years. They are proud parents of two daughters, Karla and Jocelyn, and their enduring partnership is a testament to his commitment to family, faith, and service.
