Rev. Carlos A Panameno, CEO

Our organization is led by Senior Commander and Founder, Rev. Carlos A. Panameno. With a background in Architectural Technology from NYIT and 4 years of theology studies “Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology” from the Spanish Eastern Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God RAMA Nassau, Rev. Panameno brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.
Graduating from the Hempstead Civilian Police Academy in 2008, Rev. Panameno holds a “Certificate of Completion of the Crisis, Trauma, and First Response Course for Chaplains” and an “Understanding CMS Codes for Clinical Chaplaincy” from the Spiritual Care Association.
He is a Navy veteran and has dedicated over three decades to the Assemblies of God, holding various leadership roles such as Youth Leader, Teacher, and Royal Rangers Senior Commander. Throughout his tenure, he has founded three Royal Rangers Outposts and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Winebrenner Theological Seminary.
For the last 23 years, Rev. Carlos has worked as a Front-end Web Developer – Web Designer – concentrating on WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, further enriching his skill set and contributing to his multifaceted approach to ministry and service.
Married to Betsy Panameno, his elementary school sweetheart, for 32 years, Rev. Carlos is a devoted husband and father to their two daughters, Karla, and Jocelyn. Their enduring partnership is a testament to his commitment to family and values.

Not only does he lead our organization, but he also actively serves as a Chaplain at Davita Dialysis Center in Port Washington, NY, even while being a dialysis patient himself. His unwavering dedication exemplifies the spirit of service and compassion that defines our team.
