- Step 1. Application: Fill out the form completely and legibly. Download form HERE.
- Step 2. Religious Endorsement: Have it signed and stamped by your Religious Leader.
- Step 3. Identification: Bring or submit a copy of your State Driver’s License or State I.D.
- Step 4. Social Security: Provide your Social Security Card.
- Step 5. Passport Photo: Include ONE Passport Size Photo.
- Step 6. Tuition Deposit: Pay the Tuition Deposit of $175 (NON-REFUNDABLE).
